enum Rotor::Piece
A piece of SQL: text, a column of one of a query's tables (by the
table's index among them: qualified by the table's alias in a join),
or the value of a parameter, numbered ($n) when the statement is put
together. A translation the cache keeps (Rotor::Cache) holds
Bound pieces, parameters made from the block's captures, which each
build fills in with its own (Rotor::Binds.fill).
