data Rotor::Scope(params: Array[Symbol], rows: Array[Int?], receiver: Bool, row: Int?, known: Bool, whole: Array[Int])
A block of a query's tree as the translator sees it: its parameters,
the table (an index among the query's) each one is a row of, or nil,
and whether it has a receiver and which table's row that is. known
is false for a block given to a call the translator does not know,
which may or may not have a receiver. whole lists the tables of a
join whose row its one parameter (or its receiver) is as a whole: what
it reads of each is then all of it.
